Motorola DROID RAZR hands-on preview, Smart Actions, Lapdock, and HD Station

Motorola DROID RAZR hands-on preview, Smart Actions, Lapdock, and HD Station Video Clips. Duration : 9.18 Mins.

Motorola just announced the DROID RAZR for Verizon and I'm at the press event to get my hands on the device. The Motorola DROID RAZR is the world's thinnest 4G LTE smartphone measuring only 7.1mm thin. It's strong too. On the back is KEVLAR fiber for strength, while the front has the infamous Gorilla Glass. Inside is aa dual-core 1.2 GHz processor and 1GB RAM. The Motorola DROID RAZR has 4.3-inch Super AMOLED display with qHD resolution. It's powered by ANdroid 2.3.5 Gingerbread. It has an 8-megapixel rear camera with 1080p HD video capture. You know what surprised me? It's the water repellent nanocoating that protects the phone, and even the inside components, against everyday spills. There's also a 32 GB memory: 16 GB on board and 16 GB microSD card pre-installed. Battery is interesting. The Motorola DROID RAZR has a 1780 mAh battery, but also includes software called Smart Actions that lets users increase their battery life by 30%. We'll have to test that in real life. Motorola also showed us the accessories for the DROID RAZR. They showed off the Lapdock and HD Station. The DROID RAZR will be available in early November for 9.99 with a new two-year customer agreement. You can pre-order the DROID RAZR beginning October 27.
